SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Ruth Family Farms, we take great care in getting our beef from our farm to your doorstep safely and quickly. We ship all orders via UPS, using industry-leading packaging and dry ice to ensure your order arrives frozen and fresh — just like it left our butcher shop.
When We Ship
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our shipping schedule is designed to protect the integrity of your order. Please note the following cut-off times: Orders must be placed by 12:00 AM CST on Sunday to ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed after these times may be held until the following Tuesday to ensure proper handling during transit. You'll receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order is on its way. We recommend shipping to a residential address and arranging for someone to be available to receive the delivery.
Packaging You Can Trust
Each cut of Ruth Family Farms beef is individually sealed, flash frozen, and packed in a reusable thermal bag. We include just the right amount of dry ice to keep your beef frozen all the way to your door. Upon arrival, store your beef in the freezer — or in the fridge if you plan to use it within 24 hours. We’re proud to use 100% recyclable materials for our shipping boxes and insulation.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $159 the shipping fee was $50.
Gifting a Shipment?
If you're sending a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know when it's expected to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number you can share with them for estimated delivery timing.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses?
For multiple recipients, place a separate order for each shipping address.
Shipping to 10 or more addresses?

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We can’t guarantee UPS delivery dates, but we do guarantee the condition of your beef when it arrives.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, our Customer Care team is here to help.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your package was stolen: File a police report (and share any security footage if available). Contact UPS to report the theft. Reach out to your credit card provider to file a claim. Contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
