Shipping policy
Although ownership transfers upon shipment, we are happy to assist you with filing claims for shipping damage, delay, or loss. If your product arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ruthfamilyfarms.com, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after the 48 hour window.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, at our discretion, we may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for qualifying claims.
